Aims of the project:

The aim of the project is the qualitative improvement of functioning of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University (KAAFM) by enhancing: students’ competencies, widening the range of offers in the Career Centre, the competences of the faculty and the development of IT tools, which are to manage the University during the following period: from 1 October 2018 till 30 September 2022.

The implementation of the project will contribute directly to the development of high quality services provided by the Career Centre (BK) of KAAFM mainly through widening the range of:
offers of professional guidance for students/graduates and the implementation of software, which will improve the cooperation between the University and a student;
entrepreneurships which will contribute to the greater integration of academic society with the one being connected, which in turn will enable students a start of professional activity on job markets.

The realization of the project will also enable the University, which is adapted to the economy needs, to widen its offer through opening 3 new majors with English as the language of instruction: Management Architecture, Film and media production (FMP).
The realization of the project will contribute as well to the enhancement of qualifications of the administrative and managing staff in the field of improving professional competencies.
The goal of the project is cohesive with the detailed goals of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development (PO WER) in terms of: improvement of competencies of university education participants which correspond to the economy needs, the job market and society, supporting organizational changes and increasing the competencies of the staff in higher education system as well as improving the accessibility of international curricula for Poles and foreigners being educated on a university level.

Outcomes:

Improvement of competencies of university education participants which correspond to the economy needs, job market and society. The enhancement of competencies of university staff in the university system.
The improvement of accessibility of international curricula for Poles and foreigners participating in the education on the university level. The enhancement of functioning of KAAFM in the field of administrative activities.
